Free Sample Orders Free sample orders are non-refundable. Delivery charges paid at the time of order are final.

Full Jar Orders — Quwwat Majoon-e-Mamlaat Due to the nature of our product being a consumable herbal formula, we do not accept returns once the jar has been opened or used.

However we will issue a full refund or replacement in the following cases:

• You received a damaged or broken jar
• You received the wrong product
• Your order was lost in transit and not delivered

How to Claim WhatsApp us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund within 3-5 working days.

COD Orders Refunds on COD orders will be processed via JazzCash or Easypaisa transfer to your provided number within 5 working days of claim approval.
