Shipping policy

At Quwwat we keep shipping simple — order, confirm, receive. No advance payment. No complications.

Delivery Coverage We deliver across all of Pakistan.

Delivery Time 3 to 5 working days from order confirmation. Remote areas may take up to 7 working days.

Shipping Charges

• Free Sample — PKR 300 delivery charge applies, paid at checkout

Order Confirmation For all Cash on Delivery orders, our team will call to confirm your order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be reached for confirmation within 24 hours may be cancelled.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp. You can use this to track your parcel.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery. After two failed attempts the parcel is returned to us. Re-dispatch charges may apply.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, WhatsApp us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement immediately.
